		<description>I&#039;m glad somebody is admitting that simply increasing fuel efficiency isn&#039;t the answer. Sure it helps, but if we don&#039;t want to all be underwater by 2020, we&#039;re going to have to do a lot more than get 40 mpg. I live in San Francisco and I&#039;ll be humming along to &quot;Under the Sea&quot; in short order if developers don&#039;t start taking a more thorough look at the kind of impact they&#039;re having.</description>
