There’s a lot I could say (and hopefully will, soon–I’m on my way out the door right now) about all the various ramifications of the Eliot Spitzer case, but I think two words sum it up:

Alan Dershowitz was on NPR today saying he thought it was a bit extraordinary for Spitzer to be singled out in this investigation. I don’t usually agree with A.D. about much of anything, but I was glad to know I’m not the only one who smells a rat in this persecution…I mean, prosecution…
